Barbara T. (Reiser) Hammer

Barbara  T. Hammer  nee Reiser age 79 years . Resident of Orland Park, IL formerly of Oak Lawn and Lake Villa IL. 
passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 after a short diagnosis of Lung cancer. 
Beloved wife of the late Donald Hammer; loving mother of Jeneen ( David) Haack and Dawn ( Jarrod ) Guerrero; cherished Gami of Ryan ( Jamie) Guerrero and Daniel Guerrero;  cherished Nana to Jessica (Michael)  Perez, David ( Samantha) Haack , Alyssa (Troy) Harris and  Michael Haack; dear great- grandmother of Noah, Mackenzie, Meadow, Cooper, Sage and Arrow; dearest Sister of James( the late Joanne) Reiser and the late Judith ( Edward) Stanek; kind aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Sunday, June 1, 2025 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Monday 9:00 a.m. at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 Southwest Hwy. Palos Hills, IL 60465 to Sacred Heart Church, Mass 10:30 a.m.  Interment private
